we’ll ship anywhere in the world using the united states post office as our primary carrier. because of my location along the plains, next day may not be available using the u.s.p.s. so, if you opt for overnight, we’ll use ups or another carrier.

Shipping + Weather

unfortunately, we do not have the ability to control the weather which means that if there is an occurrence where crazy weather dynamics happen, like a blizzard, flood, tornado, there may be a delay. if this happens and your item is lost or damaged due to something like that, please let us know - we will make sure you receive your order to meet both yours and my expectations.

Easy Returns+Exchanges

returns+exchanges are pretty simple if you purchased from this site within the last thirty days of your return request date. the item you are wishing to return must not have been sold as a final sale, or part of a free, or promotional gift. send us an email with your request, please notate whether it is for a return or an exchange, and reason why. if an exchange, please indicate the size and style you desire. we’ll provide you with a return authorization number—you’ll need to include that with your return/exchange. once we receive+inspect it, we’ll either provide a refund, or send your replacement, according to your request, as long as the item(s) are in the same condition we sent them; i.e. unworn, unwashed, stain-free.
